Our President Dr Marco Manca, and a long time friend of SCImPULSE, attorney Silvio Noce, have recently penned a reflection about the April 26th judgement by the European General Court on case T-557/20, which has been published by the Italian online magazine Agenda Digitale.
They are already working on a follow-up, and together the two pieces will be redacted in English, into academic form, for submission to peer-review. Follow us for updates!
