There and back again. European diversity as a ladder for growth

 On May the 28th, 2025 our President Dr Marco Manca has shared with international peers and a brilliant audience his wisdom about managing innovation in healthcare



His message has been clear. To nurture innovation as a force for good in healthcare managers have to hold on to 3 key principles:

  1. promoting a culture of transparency, where any actor involved is free to contribute and raise questions;
  2. knowing one's own value chain and how it compares to the stakeholders', as a key to maintain a healthy alignment between goals and actionability; 
  3. identifying the sectors/domains where a blame free culture is beneficial, and necessary, and those where a healthy spending control can become a leverage for change.
