A few days ago  Dr Marco Manca  joined an online informal seminar/conversation hosted by the  Edgeryders  about the topic of  meaningful human control of autonomous systems , largely inspired by Dr Manca's contribution to the activities of  NATO STO HFM-330  but touching on the wider issues of how to understand current machine learning and the potentials and pitfalls of its deployment across most sectors of human enterprise.
